Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 18, 2026
What this site collects
The only personal information this site collects directly is the information you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, contact details, and the reason you would like to be contacted. The site does not use advertising trackers and does not sell or share personal information.
Analytics
This site uses Google Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors find and use it: for example, which pages are read and whether visitors call or use the contact form. Google Analytics sets cookies and processes technical data such as truncated IP addresses under Google's own privacy policy. The firm uses these statistics only to improve the website. You can block analytics with your browser's tracking protections or Google's opt-out browser add-on, and the site remains fully usable with analytics blocked.
How submitted information is used
Contact form submissions are delivered by email to The Hartmann Law Firm and are used solely to respond to your inquiry. They are not sold, shared with advertisers, or used for marketing lists. Submitting the form does not create an attorney-client relationship, and you should not include confidential or time-sensitive information in it.
Hosting and security
This site is served over HTTPS through Cloudflare's content delivery network. Cloudflare may process technical connection data (such as IP addresses) as part of serving the site and protecting the contact form from automated abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details on their processing.
Your choices
If you prefer not to submit information through the website, you can always reach the firm by telephone at 209-956-9940, or by mail at 3425 Brookside Road, Suite A, Stockton, California 95219. To ask about information you previously submitted, contact the firm using either method.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
